Top CPG Company seeks a polished pro for a Maintenance Manager for a Chemical manufacturing facility who will define, develop and direct all internal and external plant engineering and maintenance services. This includes planning, organizing and implementing necessary changes to support manufacturing organizational changes and strategies, as well as defining, developing, justifying and implementing capital improvements for building utility, maufacturing processes and associated equipment. The successful candidate will also develop budgets, assign resources and execute projects efficiently. Supervision will include 12 maintenance technicians. Additional responsibility will be to purchase and maintain the spare parts inventory.
