Top Consumer Products Manufacturing company seeks a hands-on, polished Human Resources professional to oversee three facilities with total employee population of 400+. Emphasis will be on employee relations, strategic planning, staffing and presentations/recommendations to senior management. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years professional Human Resources experience, of which a majority must have been in a generalist role at a prominent company, as well as time spent at a production facility in a non-union environment. Candidates must have a demonstrated history of success, and have the experience to effectively interact with a multi-level workforce spanning a wide variety of positions within a single location. Superior communication skills are also essential, as this is a very visible and promotable position with an industry leader.
