Location: New York City Salary: $175-200k plus Bonus Job Description Responsible for administrating and monitoring assigned portfolio of project finance transactions. Duties include performing independent analysis of credits, contracts, cash flow and budgets for the purpose of recommending approval, denial or alternate structure while addressing to Management and any credit deviations or concerns. Duties also include preparing the various internal and external reports and audits. In addition, it is required to support Team Leader for various management works and educate the junior staffs. The duties are performed in accordance with credit policies and procedures. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) General: � Monitor, analyze and report to Credit and Management of any changes to credit structure � Provide on-going monitoring of transactions and adjust credit rating when necessary � Perform credit rating reviews and other periodic internal reporting requirements in accordance with credit policy and procedures � Provide prompt reporting to management and take a proper action with advise of management � Support agent duties that require active communication with the sponsor, participants, Lawyers, Consultants and related parties � Interact and maintain relationship with Agent banks, Borrowers and related parties � In case of amendment, waiver or work out, plan bank�s strategy and making proper action and/or negotiation with sound judge upon analyzing the credit impact on the transaction and consulting with management and credit division. � Coordinate loan administrative matters with the back office � Support Origination as required 2) Administrative: � Maintain credit files, financial files, legal documents and other relevant information � Follow-up with pending items on the Provisional List, Covenants Checklist and other internal portfolio management tracking systems � Interact and coordinate administrative matters with other departments � Perform other work-related duties as assigned 3) Policy: � As assigned, when required, to support Management. 4) Technical Skills: � Project finance experience and skills necessary to pursue the above mentioned tasks (i.e., legal, finance, economic, communication and negotiation, technical, insurance, etc.); � Strong analytical and quantitative skills; and � Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint. � Knowledge of necessary system (ACBS, CDM, CCDB, etc.) 5) Management Responsibilities: � Assist team leader timely in order to keep accurate and secured operation and developing the level of monitoring and agent work of the Team � Providing team leader with constructive opinion and new idea for good management of the Team. � Train and educate junior staffs, and provide prompt advice to them � As required, support the Management for group�s management.
�Advanced PC software (Excel, Word, etc.) skills necessary for modeling contractual and technical parameters of a project, and performing sensitivities; �Strong presentation skills; �Effective oral and written English language communication skills.
