Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

� Support all/any activity of the Project Finance Team as required (namely through coordination & execution of the closing of transactions.) focusing on power, oil & gas, renewable energy.

� Manage portfolio of transactions (which included preparation of credit analysis and credit applications related to the processing of amendments, consents and waivers, etc.).

� Manage client relationships for Agented transactions.

� Coordinate/communicate with Head Office, Credit Risk Management and Operations, as needed, to ensure proper functioning of amendments/waivers/consents processing and deal closing procedures.

Education:

A 4-year undergraduate degree in technical business preferred. Advanced degree/Master's Degree Technical, Business, law, engineering or International Business a plus).

Job Knowledge (# years of experience):

2-5

Management Skills:

analysis and credit application preparation, manage client relationships.

Other Skills:

� Extensive documentation and analytical experience required.

Computer:

� Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel - Presentation software helpful.
