Job Description

Top International Bank seeks VP in Structured/Project Finance area who will be responsible for Credit Committee recommendations, portfolio oversight, ratings assignments, various credit risk reporting, research memoranda. There will be active participation in risk methodology development as well.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

� Review an independent and comprehensive analysis of transaction submitted by the Marketing Departments in order to evaluate all credit risks and to ensure the compliance with internal risk and rating methodologies. This analysis is presented to credit committee for a final determination. Sometimes these reviews are time sensitive; therefore, they must be given immediate attention.

� Attend Credit Committee meetings on a weekly basis.

� Responsible for monitoring the timely annual review of the whole structured finance portfolio.

� Meet with marketing groups or other external parties, should the need arises to facilitate the review process

� Review closing documents for compliance with Credit Risk Management procedures. Ensure that risk for any given facility compares favorably with both the credit application and Credit Committee decision

� Actively participate in the development and the maintenance of internal risk and rating methodologies.

� Prepare research papers regarding specific industry, product or any topical issues.

� Employee will also perform functions as specified below for transactions and activities as required with respect to the Canada branch.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education:

College degree required

Job Knowledge (# years of experience):

minimum of 6 years of experience with extensive knowledge of project finance and ABS products.

Management Skills:

� Well-developed financial analytical skills, excellent written capabilities, and strong ability to work as a team player.
