Job Description

Global Energy & Commodities group within US Corporate and Investment Banking focus on the coverage of its customer base in the Food and Agribusiness, Metals and Mining as well as Energy in the US, Canada and Mexico.

The position in the group is that of a Banker with significant experience as an originator of financing transactions and coverage in the US/Canadian Food AG, and Metals space.

The position will require a thorough knowledge of the covered industries, as well as of debt and capital markets products.

Responsibilities include:

Marketing/ Origination
Structuring/ Negotiation
Due Diligence
Credit Applications
Interaction with Legal Group

The ideal candidate should possess significant experience as an originator of financing transactions and coverage in the US/ Canadian Food, Agriculture and/or Metals space.
